Hi, I’m Aaron.

I’ve been practicing law in central Florida for more than 20 years. I’m also licensed to practice in California, Massachusetts, Colorado and Washington D.C.

I have vast legal experience with a focus on civil matters and litigation. I spent significant time practicing commercial litigation, representing global financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and universities among some of my clients, where I was honored as Trial Attorney of the Year. I also practiced in the areas of personal injury and was selected as a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Club, an exclusive group of attorneys that have successfully litigated cases with 7 figure recoveries on behalf of their clients.

My primary focus now is brining my experience to provide high level business law and estate planning services. I work with small to mid-sized businesses that can benefit from the insight of legal counsel on a regular basis. From the start-up stage of business formation and drafting legal documents, to mergers and acquisitors and more, I help local businesses obtain their goals in a way tailored specifically to each of their needs.

Additionally, through estate planning, I help my individual clients protect their assets and plan for the future by creating Trusts, Wills and accompanying documents to ensure their interests are addressed to their satisfaction.
